Streamlined for Success
Through our many years of dedicated service to our community we have a streamlined process to get your vehicle into the shop and repaired in a timely manner.
Set an appointment
Set an appointment to meet with one of our estimators and discuss the options for your repair. The best way to set an appointment with us is to fill out this form and let us know what type you are bringing for review. We respond to each request in a timely manner; so you can get back on the road sooner.
Meet with Our Estimator
Our dealership has a bright yellow line for you to follow which leads you directly to our Collision Center. Once you reach the end of the line either call us or walk into the office to let our administrator know you have arrived. One of our friendly estimators will come out with you to your vehicle to inspect the damage with you and review your options.
Insurance Reviews the Estimate
While you have the right to decided where you get your collision repair done, your insurance will request to review the quote our estimators have written up with you. We work with all insurance companies and our experienced staff will work with your insurance company to ensure you are getting the repairs you need.
Fill Out Required Paperwork
Once the insurance has approved the quote there is some intake paperwork we will need you to fill out.
Parts Arrive
After the paperwork is completed we will order the parts necessary for your collision repair. When the parts arrive we can begin the repairs. We wait for the parts to arrive so that we can expedite the repair process without having repairs waiting on parts.
Schedule a Drop Off & Rental
It is now time to bring your vehicle to our Collision Center for repairs. We deal closely with a local rental company and can assist you with a rental for the length of your repair time or you can choose your own service.
Repairs Begin
Once we have the vehicle and parts we will begin your repairs. Your repair time solely depends on the severity of the damage and availability of parts. Your estimator will give you an estimated time frame for repairs and during this time our team will be in communication with you about the status of your repair.
Vehicle Delivered
Our world class technicians will complete your repairs in a timely manner in order to get you back on the road as quickly as possible. Once the repairs are completed and approved you can drive your vehicle home with the confidence that comes from working with the trusted, certified experts at Everett Collision Center.
